About Us
Flatiron Frozen is a small-batch ice cream brand built on creativity, quality, and a love for great ice cream. What started in 2023 as making ice cream for friends and family quickly grew into something bigger. After seeing how much people connected with our flavors, we began sharing our creations online and the response took off.
Today, we are building a community that looks forward to every new drop. We focus on bold, indulgent flavors made with high-quality ingredients. Many of our pints feature homemade baked goods mixed into every scoop. From nostalgic favorites to over-the-top creations, each flavor is made with intention and a lot of taste testing.
We share everything we create on Instagram and TikTok, including new drops and behind-the-scenes moments. Our brand is built around our community, and we are grateful for every order, review, and message.

Meet Our Team
Lexi Glicksman
Lexi plays a key role in flavor development, production, and the overall brand. She helps make all of the ice cream and mix-ins, manages social media pages, customer communication, and keeps everything organized behind the scenes.
Mitchell Himmel
Mitchell started Flatiron Frozen and is the driving force behind every pint. He leads ice cream production and is constantly refining techniques, always researching and experimenting to perfect flavor and texture.
Julia Glicksman
Julia, founder of @FoodByJules, creates all of our homemade mix-ins from scratch. From cookies to cakes, her baking is a huge part of what makes our flavors so unique. She also helps dream up new and creative flavor ideas.
Fun note: Lexi and Mitchell are engaged and Lexi and Julia are sisters. We’re all so close, which makes building Flatiron Frozen even more special and fun!
